• Family of Companies (FOC) Glossary – Developed and implemented a company-wide utility industry glossary.  This unified, collaborative online glossary of technical terms replacing 3 paper glossaries and ensuring uniform vocabulary, definitions, and easy searchability for all 38 co-op members and 3 administrative support companies. Sold business case to decision makers to obtain top-level project support.
• Created solution for Lotus Notes to work with Palm Pilot and sold business case to C-level decision makers to make Palm Pilot choice as enterprise-wide PDA over Psion PDA despite strongly differing regional preferences.
